A little know fact: Okemo’s name has an American Indian origin, and it means “all come home." This family based mountain does a superior job in making everyone feel welcome.
New this year:
- Two new trails at Jackson Gore
which are full of pitch, character and rock
outcroppings.
White Lightning and Rolling Thunder await your visit.
- Additional snowmaking: 80 new energy efficient guns replacing some of the old ones, and adding new. Okemo now boasts 96% coverage.
- Grooming: The Beast has been added to the snow cat arsenal and will help keep Okemo in the top ranked list of mountains with their grooming capabilities.

- Red Carpet treatment…new skiers and boarders will find the entry and exit of the South Ridge Quad made easier with the new loading and unloading carpets.
