McEnaney & Company’s

Goodwill Project

In keeping with the commitment to our community that McEnaney & Company believes is so important, the Goodwill Project was created. Back in 1986, Betty McEnaney read an article in the Boston Globe highlighting three Boston brokers who contributed financially to their community with each sale they made. The seed was planted.

Race for the CureIn August of 2003, The Goodwill Project was born. Betty has donated 5% of every dollar earned by the company to a non-profit group that is located in Vermont or that serves Vermonters. McEnaney & Company wants to involve the buyers and sellers who work with us, in this project and in the community. To accomplish this, our clients and customers choose the recipient.

Below is a link to a list of local Non-Profit Organizations. We continue to add to this list as clients and customers choose recipients. If you know of a non-profit organization that should be added to our list, please contact us.

To date, our donations have exceeded $115,000. We look forward to seeing this total grow with each sale, and we encourage you to become a part of the Goodwill Project by buying or selling through McEnaney & Company.
