What We Can Offer You
Communication
From showing feedback, to market updates, to suggestions on staging your home, you can expect regular communication from our office.
Virtual Tours
We’ll put together a Virtual Tour on your property that you’ll love – at no additional cost. This allows buyers to view your home on-line as if they were walking through it.
Enhanced Realtor.com Exposure
Realtor.com is the number one ranked homes-for-sale site in the nation. We give your property the advantage by submitting multiple photos, the Virtual Tour, and a detailed description for home buyers to view. This makes your house stand out from those that only have a single photo and no commentary.
Multiple Listing Service Entry
We will enter the maximum amount of information about your property into the Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) so that other agents can help us get the right buyers into your home. We include multiple photos and the Virtual Tour. We belong to both of the Multiple Listing Services in our area, not just one – to be sure that your property is being exposed to as many REALTORS as possible.
Print Advertising
We advertise in New England Showcase and The Message.
Professionally Staffed Office
Our office is open seven days a week, and our professional staff is ready to assist you – not just take a message – when you call. We’ve educated and empowered our team so that we can get you what you need when you need it, even if your agent is out selling homes.
Experience
Whether it’s a good market, or a challenging market, we’ve been there. Our experience has given us knowledge that we can share with you to be sure that we’re positioning you where you want to be in the market. Our agents have been in the business from 6 to 29 years.
Our Guarantee
We call it an Easy Exit Agreement – our Handshake in Writing. If you’re not happy with our service, we’ll release you from your contract with us. It’s that easy.
Goodwill Project Donation
At closing, we’ll donate 5% of our commission to a local non-profit organization of your choosing. More about the Goodwill Project.
