Kelly is a
native Vermonter who learned to appreciate the beauty of Vermont’s landscape and lifestyle at a very
young age. On Sundays her family would pack into the station
wagon for a drive to take in the scenic farms, mountains and
lakes of Vermont.
Small towns and villages were always a stopping point
to admire the old homes and buildings drenched in
Vermont
history.
Her interest in architecture, arts and
education, brought her an extended and diverse college
experience. Her flexibility and appreciation for a variety
of personalities and interests has been a great help to her
in real estate.
After college, Kelly moved to Southern Vermont to enjoy small town living.
This is where she began her career in Real Estate as
an investor who jumped at the chance to preserve and restore
old homes and historic buildings.
The entire process of acquiring real estate was
fascinating and exciting and confusing at times, so she
decided to pursue more knowledge, education and her license
to assist others.
As a Board member for Springfield on the
Move, and the downtown business and building owner's groups
Kelly is involved in making positive changes in
Vermont
communities.
When she is not working or volunteering,
she enjoys spending time with her family, including 4
children and 3 dogs! Gardening, baking, and bee keeping are
her other interests.
Among friends, family, and colleagues, she is known for her honesty and
good nature. She
has a genuine love for helping people find, negotiate,
purchase and sell their property.
